Back To School: A Farm-to-Table Celebration with Husky Boi and Wanderwood

Saturday, August 16, 2025 @ 6 p.m.

Hosted by Husky Boi and Wanderwood

Don’t be sad it's over, be happy it happened!

Summer is ending, and we should celebrate! Join us for a multi-course family-style farm dinner presented by Brent Foster of Husky Boi and Crispy Gai, Portland. Each course will celebrate the late summer bounty of the produce at Wanderwood by transforming it into nostalgic childhood classics, with elevated twists. Dinner will kick off at 6 pm with a toast and cocktail hour before sitting down to a four-course meal, with dishes presented as they are ready from the kitchen.

Wanderwood and Husky Boi are excited to present their shared vision of seasonal, celebratory meals to bring together community, cuisine, and the land that sustains both. Other dinner dates in this series are June 19 and October 11, 2025. Guests are welcome to join for one or all of these dinners; each menu will be a unique snapshot of the season’s best from Wanderwood and surrounding farms.

Tickets are $150, limited, and must be purchased in advance. All ticket sales are final. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice—please notify us when purchasing tickets.
