CSA AT WANDERWOOD
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, and is a great way for you to make a big difference to our farm! It provides us with a financial jumpstart early in the growing season and delivers to you the freshest, best produce all season long. You get the maximum value when it comes to dollars per veggie and your commitment helps us with planning and harvesting consistency week to week. SCHEDULE AND PICK-UP
Our summer CSA runs for 12 weeks from mid-June to early September. Members can pick-up their CSA share on Wednesdays at Wanderwood from 3:30-6:30 pm, or Saturdays 11 am-12:30 pm in Damariscotta, location TBA. Sign up closes May 15, 2024.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Share contents will vary week to week depending on what’s in season. Members can expect to get a mix of salad greens, bunches of herbs, root vegetables, and larger veggies like eggplant, melon, tomatoes, and peppers. While share contents are predetermined by our farmers, members will have access to a swap table to exchange produce with other CSA members. Additionally, each week will come with a short newsletter with information about share contents and creative ideas about how to prepare them. We hope this will encourage you to try new veggies, and maybe even discover a new favorite dish!

SIZES
We are offering two sizes of summer produce shares and a flower share:
Small Shares are intended for households of 1 adult vegetarian, or 1-2 adults who eat veggies as a side dish. $270 per 12 week share.
Large Shares are intended for households that LOVE vegetables or have more people sharing in the haul. This size would be ideal for 2 adult vegetarians, or families who love vegetables as a main course. $540 per 12 week share.
Our Summer Flower Share will keep your house stocked with a farmer’s bouquet of bright, fresh, seasonal flowers weekly. $180 (+$9.90 sales tax) per 12 week share.
Because of our share size options, we ask that customers do not split shares between households, but rather choose the size that’s right for your household. Really love veggies? Feel free to buy multiple shares.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
We accept all forms of payment, but are always grateful to receive cash or check as it has a lower cost to us as a business. To pay by cash, check or Venmo, fill out our CSA FORM below. To pay with a credit card, select options at the bottom of the page and check-out online.
We believe local organic produce should be accessible to all. A limited number of discounted shares are available to customers who cannot pay for a full share. Please fill out our CSA FORM below. We are also working to be able to accept SNAP/EBT.
We strive to make organic veggies available to everyone regardless of financial status and your donations help us to do so. If you are able to afford more than one share, we encourage you to sponsor a share either in part or in full, you may do so at the bottom of the page.
